Privacy Policy

1.Information we collect

• Information you give us: when you submit the contact form — your name, email address, organization (optional) and the content of your message. If you email us directly, whatever you choose to include.
• Information collected automatically: standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and version, referring page and pages viewed, with timestamps.
• Cookies and local storage: a preference cookie that remembers your chosen language, and Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure aggregate traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device and referral source). See “Cookies” below.

2.How we use your information

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

• To respond to your enquiry and route it to the right team.
• To operate, maintain and secure the Site, including detecting and preventing abuse and spam.
• To understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Site.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

3.Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA and UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process contact-form data to take steps at your request before any engagement and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries; we process server logs and security measures on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service; and we rely on consent for analytics cookies where consent is required.

4.Sharing and service providers

We share personal data only with providers that process it on our behalf under contract:

• Google Cloud Platform — website hosting and infrastructure.
• Resend — delivery of contact-form emails to us.
• Cloudflare — content delivery, security and bot protection.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic measurement.

5.Legal disclosure

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety or property, or those of others.

6.International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7.Retention

We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize it. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostics. Analytics data is retained only in aggregate form.

8.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email service@seeat.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9.Cookies

The Site uses one strictly necessary cookie to store your language preference, and Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure aggregate traffic. You can opt out of analytics with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout); declining does not affect core functionality.

10.Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.Children

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, highlighted on the Site.
