Selected engagements

Security hardware startup

Problem: Rolling endpoint network-security appliances into a large hospital was hard to manage across a complex environment.
Approach: Ran an on-site workshop and re-planned the system architecture around the hospital's real-world complexity.
Outcome: Now deployed in a large hospital for a proof of concept.

Financial holding group

Problem: Wanted to turn staff into virtual presenters that explain products to clients, easing the load on front-line contact teams.
Approach: Helped shoot and refine the training footage and trained the virtual-presenter models.
Outcome: Piloting at selected locations.

Local mattress brand

Problem: Wanted to add smart sensing to mattresses so long-term-care and nursing facilities could monitor sleep quality.
Approach: Helped design the monitoring and control system and built a device prototype.
Outcome: In validation.
